Wuffles.com is one of the leading e-commerce companies in the dog supplement niche. The company operates mainly in the USA market and plans to go beyond borders soon. 

Sam Johnson, the CRO Manager at Wuffles, contacted me requesting to implement Mixpanel.

The cooperation started with analysing the available data and preparing the implementation specification of the events, events properties and users properties we were going to implement. 

Some of them were:

  1. Behaviour events to track website visitors
  2. User Profiles to better understand the returning customers 
  3. Events to track such metrics as gross revenue, recurring revenue, LTV, CAC,
  4. Mixpanel and Google Optimise integration
  5. Mixpanel dashboard to track business performance
