ReviewsOnMyWebsite is the only all-in-one review management solution you need when you consider collecting reviews from your customers to improve the bottom line. Everyone knows that reviews are one of the most substantial assets that the company use to acquire new clients. More good reviews mean more trustworthiness.
Vitaly Motuz, founder and CEO of the company, messaged me with the request to implement Google Analytics 4 for the website and the product.
The cooperation started with a detailed overview of the product and the implementation plan preparation that was approved by the client afterwards. The implementation plan helped us to figure out the user’s actions we wanted to track, why we wanted to track them and what KPIs mattered.
Some of them were:
- Behaviour events to track website visitors better
- Purchase event to track new paid clients and trial-to-paid ratio
- User Detection using user_id
- Integrate GA4 with BigQuery, Google Ads, Search Console
If you are interested in the complete list, here you can also find the list of events I implemented for them. Apart from the events, all elements from the GA4 checklist were also completed.
As a sequence of the successful cooperation, a client wrote a 5-star review on Upwork.
“Ihar was great to work with from start to finish. He was always available to answer questions and help complete the task in the best way possible. Looking forward to working with Ihar again in the future!”,
