This is the last step of my optimisation approach. You can read more about the previous step here – CRO audit.

Unlike previous steps, this step doesn’t have strong borders and limitations. I define what I will do with every client individually. The most popular things my clients request are:

  • A/B Testing
  • Reporting about a/b test results
  • Doing Research to find new ideas for following experiments.
  •  

When I mention a/b tests, it doesn’t mean only a/b tests on the website. It also includes a/b testing things that make sense for your business. They can be:

  • Ads
  • Landing Pages
  • Emails (Onboarding flows)
  • Reward programs (for casinos)

I inform my clients about every step of ongoing optimisation, including pre-experiment investigations, post-experiment research and lasting experiment results. 

Of course, whenever I finish the experiment, I deliver a small presentation with the results achieved, whether they are positive or negative. Thus, you will be informed about everything that will be changed in your business.
